Luku is a very curious howler monkey. He’s always the first one to check out what’s going on below. You can often catch him hanging by his tail from a branch watching intently. When he isn’t lurking, he’s likely playing with his best friend, George. Those two are often seen playing and hopping from branch to branch, creating a little chaos for the adults in the group.
Luku is a part of the group we call the ‘trio’ group. This group originally started off as a group of 3 adult males, but has since grown. Luku lives with his group in the gardens of the homes in the General Diaz Barrio. Here, he always has a lovely view of the Arroyo Neembucu!
